This place bull crapped me on a major paart that needed a replacement and avoided to do an alignment on my TL. Came to find out recently that that quote on quote part was ñot bad I recommend to stay way from this place and from a tech named dvid. Out of these whole times I took this car no issues until recently. If I can put no star I would not put the one,, completely done w this place. Screw these shops
935 miles from home for a funeral, I decided to take a dirt road short cut that I had heard about. I made a small leak into a big leak. I drove in 30 minutes before closing, and with no hesitation I was welcomed in to get service. Fixed my tire the correct way and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I felt confident that I was going to get myself and my family safely home. I've managed a tire and lube shop for 5 years and I'm glad I could find such a well run business to take care of us.
We got a slice in our tire pulling a trailer on Our way to the mountains. Pulled into the tire center and the young man got us right in and had us back on the road within 30 minutes. Then there was no charge on top of that. Excellent service I hope I don't have a problem again but if I do I will most definitely return to the tire center. They were the best.
The front desk girl is so friendly and professional. Mark changed my tires and let me know the tires on my truck are in good condition and about 5000 miles to determine when to replace. They are so helpful and nice. Best service ever.
Went there to get my tires swapped out. When I picked up the car my wheels were scratched told the guys and spoke to the manager and they said that the scratches were already there. All the rims were scratched except one they did not replace. Very unhappy with how it turned out. It is super obvious that the scratches were fresh . Somehow according to the manager they said that I did the scratches and that they were already there so evidently they’re calling me a liar will never return to this place wouldn’t recommend it .
