My husband had an issue with a sensor on his International LT and stopped in here for the part. I have never heard him rave about the professional, service, and overall great experience when dealing with a service/repair shop. He said Joe the shop foreman was nice and didn’t overcharge him. He wanted me to write this review to say thanks and he will definitely return when in the area for maintenance or service.

The tow truck driver who took me there told me how awesome they were and I didn't even bother believing what he said but he was absolutely right . I was taking to my hotel on my way there i stopped at Walmart then I decided to go home while my truck was been repaired so i was picked up at my hotel pick a change of clothes and from there they took me to the airport, when i got to the airport i remembered i left my blood pressuremeds so Dwayne drove me back to the dealer and then we went back the airport. Ward Trucks of Tallahassee has an OUTSTANDING service department. I experienced problems with my truck while OTR and contacted the service manager, Christine Clark. She, along with Evan, Ryan, Joe, and the rest of the service department, responded to my issues promptly and professionally. They took care of me as though I was a regular customer who had worked with them for years. I couldn't be more thankful and apprecive to the whole service department, especially those individuals listed above, for essentially saving my business through all of their hard work and efforts. I highly recommend contacting them if you are in need of repairs or service.

Took my truck there to get the AC fixed. Dropped it off due to an extended wait time. No problem. Got an email for the diagnostic fees and repair costs. $660 for a check and advise. Quote for repairs was $3500. I said no and came to pick up the truck to have it fixed elsewhere. Took to a local shop where the total diagnostics and repair was $1600. They decided upon my arrival to charge $1200 for the diagnostic. Anyone in the industry knows it is a one hour process for checking AC. They were charging me for 5 hours of work saying they had to take it apart and then put it back together. I have worked on many trucks, leading me to the knowledge of how it works. Upon me bringing it to their attention about the extra $600 diagnosis, they miraculously changed it to $766. They should have charge
