After dealing with a horrible mechanic in RR I brought my Pathfinder to Jason almost in tears. I had no brakes, engine running so rough it wouldn't do over 40 mph, and the issue I had just paid $700 for was still happening ( no start/ just clicked) I was afraid to turn it off because it might not have started again... Jason was so kind and helpful he found vacuum lines that were left off, brake booster unplugged, and an intake that was left off.. also.. Brand new starter because the other mechanic didn't even bench test the one he put in and charged almost 3× what Jason charged for the same starter. I wish I could give Jason more than 5 stars!!!!! Had my truck serviced here multiple times. Needed a transmission replacement. Jason found a transmission and replaced it. I called multiple times and was told that the vehicle was ready to drive and all was good. When I finally flew in to Medford and got a rideshare to pick up my vehicle it didn't drive properly. Was told that there was something wrong with the rear driveshaft. I asked why I wasn't notified and was told that I was notified or my friend was notified and that whomever was talked to said it was okay that it didn't drive well and that there was no need to find the part.?!?!?! Absolutely made NO SENSE especially since it would have been fine to have just told me there was an issue and that something else needed to be fixed on it the truck. Was left with a truck that cou
