Lance graciously agreed to work on my 25 year old 2000 Isuzu VehiCROSS for a leaking transmission shaft seal. (Many mechanics refuse to work on such old cars.) He fixed the slow seal leak, changed the differential and transmission fluids and filter, and did it all at a more than fair price. Very friendly and fast service! I took my Jaguar transmission to them for inspection, having no idea of it's internal condition. Lance was quick to say everything looked good, replaced the seals and turned it around in just a couple of days. Very reasonable price. I'll bring my next transmission to them for sure!

Just occured to me I'd never left a review. Last summer we were on a road trip, on a pretty tight schedule when our transmission blew. For context, we're from Vancouver and were going to Idaho and then Alberta. We had the minivan towed there the next AM, briefly explained our situation. These guys went way out of their way to help us, calling up every shop in town to get parts, they stayed after hours to get us back on the road. Lance even drove us down the street so we could get food. While they were hustling as hard as they could to fix it, they also took the time and effort to ensure everything was done perfectly.
