First off Id like to thank Brett and company for quickly getting my truck in, and for the outstanding customer service and care that was provided. For review purposes, I’d highly recommend Warren Tire on Dix Ave. Great communication, pricing, honesty and an emphasis on taking care of the customers. I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you!!

Thank you to Frank and the crew at the Deer Run location for their honesty and integrity. Brought my daughter’s car in to replace all tires after she hit the curb. But they determined there was no real damage and the tires didn’t need to be replaced. Additionally they fixed a damaged shield underneath and recalibrated the system for no cost!

Inviting waiting room. Lots of big windows let in the Sun. Free coffee. Free WiFi. All in all a very professional operation. The gentlemen at this Warren Tire are friendly, honest, and seem genuinely committed to providing the right service as quickly as they can. Is it cheap ? No... but it is in line with the costs of other professional vehicle repair businesses. But for me, it's the VALUE that matters, and when I have a service or repair done, I am confident that I will not have to return for that same issue again.( That saves me $$$ ). They tell me what I need, and ONLY what I need, and then provide it. They try to save me money any way they can, and many times the actual cost is less than the quote. I highly recommend the Warren Tire at this location

Had an issue with a tire leaking and walked in. Was told 1 1/2 hour wait and it turned out to be less of a wait in the pleasant waiting area. They ran into trouble replacing the leaking valve due to after market rims. Cory offered me a ride home and a pickup when the valve could be delivered and tire fixed over the weekend. Very professionally handled by all involved as they uncovered the problem and gave me options. Highly recommended!

Did our oil change in good timing. However, he mentioned the new tires I just bought and had put on by my mechanic who also does inspections. I'm sure he would have told me when they put them on 2 weeks ago.
