Wash And Glow

Poor customer service and lack of empathy. Took my car in for a wash and an attached part was damaged. Not a big deal, the technician doing the was was very apologetic and explained he missed it and didn’t realized that was going to happen. Called a manager to fill out a report. A second worker also noticed and asked if everyone was ok and apologized. Once the manager came there was no apology or concern Immediately was aggressive and pointed to a sign I missed explaining they bear no responsibility. Said no point filling out report. Was not even offered to have my wash finished. Felt bag having to go to a second car wash after paying 26 dollars. An apology from the manager would have been nice and some understanding.

Paid for the "mud prep" package and 2 attendants did an excellent job prior to sending me through the wash. Truck came out looking pretty good.

I paid $22 for a wash and then was asked if I'd like to pay an additional $5 to wash the tires. The wash itself was mediocre at best with only a few brushes and low water pressure and the blowers barely got water off the car. The vacuums had very little power and didn't get my car very clean. In addition, there were no microfiber cloths to dry or clean with. If this was a $12 wash... sure. But for $22 I would expect more.

This car wash was very surprising for us! Usually most car washes are about a below average or worse. This car wash so so different in a great way! My new truck is a white pearl color and when dirty it shows every missed spot on the vehicle. I went thru Wash And Glow and then checked it when I got back home! It was perfectly clean, the best easy I have ever gotten! Two young ladies helped prewash it and did a phenomenal job! I will go back and double their tip when I do! Thank you guys! You were so professional and really seemed to care about your work and job. Hoping you are both there again! This was about 11-12 noon on June 13th 2025. I got the $17 wash.

The staff here went above and beyond expectations. They did a great job. Keep up the good work.
