A bit of an overdue review because of the holidays, but I want to give Raul all the flowers for the amazing work he did on my car. There were some tough stains on the hood, but he put in the most effort to remove them without damaging my paint and gave me the option to add on polishing to get a clean result. He was transparent about the process, timing, and pricing. It is very clear that he takes pride in his work and wants to deliver the best results. He also took the time to confirm that I could be let out of the garage with validation since I was eating dinner in the area after close of business. He and his staff are extremely professional and so pleasant to work with.
