Wash Factory Express

We have had 2 memberships with this business and location for years. The other day we took our Hummer through the car wash and drove around to vacuum it out. While using the towels to wipe excess water and wax off the Hummer, we realized the passenger side still had a lot of dirt and filth on it and wanted to run it back through to get it cleaned again since it wasn’t done properly in the beginning. We drove back up to the entrance and tried to go back through. Obviously we used our daily wash but waited for an employee to come out to show and explain we just needed it to be ran through again to clean it correctly- to get what we pay for. They were very rude and said told us no. Their exact words were “you will not be going back through. We can’t help where you went and what you did when

Favorite car wash in town! Staff is friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond. This is the only car wash where the staff actually scrub the front and back of the car completely, getting those spots the automated part can miss. Cleaning supplies and towels are well stocked and vacuums are well maintained giving an overall easy experience for a task that is often frustrating.

Awesome visit today! My vacuum wasn’t working and the girl I believe her name was Tori was outside and fixed it immediately. The ladies washing did an amazing job, super friendly and even offered to help wipe down my car. I’ll definitely be back!!!

Love this car wash! My car wasn’t 100% clean, but the lot attendant offered to help me wipe the places that the wash didn’t get and rubbed in my tire shine for me. There are always lots of clean towels and the spray bottles are always full. The vacuums are never clogged either and have the best suction!

I used to wash my vehicles myself thinking I’m saving money and can do the job myself. However, after using Wash Factory membership, I quickly realized I was mistaking. The cost of materials needed, soap, sponge, glass cleaner, tire treatment, vacuum, plus my time, is far more expensive than the Wash Factory Membership. It is with confidence I recommend the Wash Factory Express. They do a great job constantly with a friendly staff.
