Wash Fair Car Wash

Shaun and his crew did an amazing job detailing my car today! I come here about every two weeks and they leave my car 😔😏😎🤩 looking amazing! I highly recommend this place it’s honestly the best in the area and I’ve gone just about everywhere. 💪💪💪

Reasonable price for the drive through car wash, but the real five star service is from Shawn and his team who do the interior detailing. I’ve got kids, and my car was riddled with the evidence. Sticky spots, crumbs, dried grass, dirt, not to mention just dusty and a little musty smelling. They offer a la carte service - you pick what you want done and skip what you don’t. For $68, they vacuumed, washed and dried all of the hard mats, cleaned the windows, wiped down every surface, and did a sanitizing blast which took care of the musty smell. My car look spotless and the price could not have been better. Shawn and his crew are friendly and provided top notch service! We’ll be back!

I went to Wash Fair Car Wash today and the experience was extremely disappointing. I paid $27 for the Ultimate wash, and the cashier asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the guys, which I did. After going through the wash, the staff only towel dried the front of my car and completely ignored the back. Very unprofessional. They also charge $2 per mat to be washed. I gave them two mats, and when they were returned, they were still wet and covered in soap, not dried, not cleaned properly. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I came in at close to close and got a quick wash. The machine knocked off the antenna fin casing of my car and the guy drying my car didn’t say anything about it and I didn’t realize until the next day. I wouldn’t blame the car wash but I just got a vehicle inspection right before so I know it was there before I came. I understand going through a car wash has its risk so I don’t expect the company to do anything but I just would have like to have been told and the cover retrieved. The wash was otherwise good so just 3 stars from me due to the customer service issue.

I went to Wash Fair Car Wash specifically to get the salt and winter debris off my car, and unfortunately it didn’t do the job. After the wash, there was still visible salt residue on the body panels along with soap streaks left behind. It honestly looked like it needed another rinse and dry. I understand no car wash is perfect, especially during heavy salt season, but I expected a much cleaner finish than this. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.
