Wash Me! Madison Avenue

I recently bought a black truck and Reddit told me that I have to manually wash it to properly maintain the gorgeous ebony finish. So I've been here to try a couple times, and I've screwed it up both times. I mean, I have to pre-soak, then wash, then rinse, then spot-free, then towel dry with a special towel, then use a ceramic spray and wipe again. Apparently I have to buy a leaf blower to get the nooks around the door handles, mirrors, and emblems or it runs and leaves streaks. My forearm gets a pretty killer workout that leaves my hand trembling afterwards, but that counts as a workout I think. Anyway, once I finally figure this out I can utilize this carwash, it's great!

This used to be one of the best spots in town until they shortened the wash time. The first time I noticed something wasn't right I thought it was just a glitch. I said something to the guy working there so he sent me back through free of charge but the same thing. I decided to give it a shot again yesterday and that will be the last time for me. The wash cycle time has drastically been shortened sometime this year so it's time to find a new place. And no I did not go with the basic I went with your best one like I always did.

Washed my truck here yesterday and what a poor job after it dried. How about some warmer water on your self serve bays? You publicly shamed my wife awhile back saying she didn't know what she was doing washing her SUV. Your carwash using high pressure soap is practically worthless face it dude. Don't recommend after both our experiences here

Washed a few times with the basic wash. The price is relative low, but the system definitely has issue. Two out of the five times, I only got one rinse, one foam spraying and another rinse, that was all. And of course, the car looked dirty after the wash.

Update: About 3 hours after I submitted my review of my same day experience, I received a response from the business owner. We exchanged a few texts. In summary, I was informed that the technical problems had been fixed. I was also given a choice for a rewash or refund. Since I am not a local, I asked for a refund. I was sent a picture of a VOID transaction. I have not seen the reverse transaction reflected on my credit card actitivies yet.
