Same as Oscar, I was charged in August after I had already canceled. Also, mngmt is taking No accountability to tell customers about dryers not working properly after storms weeks ago! He said the owners are out of town & he's not talking each customer as "some cars" get dried. Really?! 🙄 I've had 2 cars now that didnt get dried. 4got the 2nd time until I was already thru. Bring your towels.

Great car wash! Very quick and they have manual brushes for the difficult to clean spots.

Fantastic staff, they listen to customers and take real care of my my vehicle. I recommend the bundle for a clean vehicle and over great looking vehicle. They always do a great job with my 2020 gladiator.

I got a membership and decided to cancel In August I was still charged for that month the manager Ashley Martinez said she would send a check within a week it is not almost October I have not received my refund I called and went back because my card got charged again for September Ashley said someone reactivated my card the day of sep 9 she will take a week to view footage of just that day it’s been passed a week still no update she also asked for my email and address for the third time to send me a tracking number of the check I haven’t received anything she keep giving the run around and not fixing this issue I have come to believe she is keeping customers credit card information. It's lack-luster at best. Been a monthly subscriber, of the Ultimate Wash, for a year. When I decided to use this carwash it was for convenience, as I live right around the corner from it, and there is never a line or packed in anyway. The Blue Wave car wash offered a superior wash, even back then, but that place is always crawling with people, and the wash at the tunnel was almost as good. Since that time the wash has steadily gotten worse. It used to be that almost all the water was blown of the car at the end of the tunnel, and any little water spots wouldn't leave almost any residue, even if you didn't hand dry the car.
