Went to this car wash. Thought everything was going to go well as I spoke to the person ruining it he said go through the soft touch vs no touch it would clean better etc….. WELLLLL I did and it didn’t clean my car at all 😓 super annoying for 23$ and not have a “clean car” also no phone number or customer service other than a review.. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but c’mon this is a brand new facility and you’d think they’d be better
I went to their car wash this morning. I had issues with the results. I called the service number, and they took care of the situation immediately. They put a couple of free washes on my app for the inconvenience. I can also say, normally the wash does a fine job! Thank you for the great customer service!
