I want to leave a review for this business, as well as address some of the other reviews I’ve seen. This laundromat is newer, almost always staffed with great workers, very clean & tidy, & rates for laundry are fair & comparable to others nearby. Love the dollar coin option over quarters. They wipe down washers every shift, & change the filters on the dryers during every shift. I don’t know if there was an employee issue based on a few of the reviews I’ve read, but I’ve been a regular customer for right at a year. I’ve had consistent & very positive experiences there. I do my own laundry, & have yet to use their wash/dry/fold option, but I hope to soon. Great place in Ingram! 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Washboard is a very clean laundromat with plenty of machines in different sizes. All are coin-operated. The facility has a change machine as well as a restroom (for customer use only.) Tables for folding and chairs throughout for a comfortable wait during cycles. And for those who do not care to or don't have time to do laundry, the Washboard has an enticing list of services from wash and fold/hang dry to outwear cleaning to ironing. And drive up service is available.

I just dropped off clothes at this location this morning and just picked them up. I got ALL of my clothes promptly and had great customer service provided. This young lady, however, was visibly shaken and emotionally upset. I, am a medical provider of several decades, and I am strict on exceptional customer service. Sometimes something(s) can go wrong at times but I am educated enough to handle the situation in an adult manner without terrifying a teenager to make me feel bigger and better about myself. My EDUCATION has taught me how to control myself and lead by example and not just words to tear others down. I am happy with my results of today’s encounter. If I was not, I would go wash my clothes myself to ensure they were done to my specificity. Thank you Elizabeth for a wonderful exper

My first time here . Judy is amazing . She keeps this place so clean and she is so sweet to talk to . I used the 80 pound washer and it cleaned my laundry perfectly . Great sound track too. This is a hidden gem if you need these services .

I was in town visiting friends and I needed to wash my clothes (Texas BBQ is messy), my friends didn’t have a working dryer so I decided to wash my clothes at this establishment. I have to say I’m sickened at how rude the staff was to me. Those people definitely don’t need to be working with the public. It costs nothing to be kind. Never going there again !! I did however like the fact they take coin dollars.
