I brought a car here for a pre-purchase inspection. I met with Sam (the owner, I believe). I thought the price was reasonable ($95) and they were able to take the car in on a Sunday with little heads up. To me, Sam seemed very neutral and down to earth. He was clear about what they found and explained possible reasons for certain problems as well as possible solutions. It was very helpful for me to feel like I could make an informed decision. I bought a different car soon after and brought that one in for a PPI as well.

I have been looking for a mechanic near me for a little while now and I'm pretty sure Sami is going to be my go-to guy. I brought my car in for an inspection, which they were so kindly able to do for free. Even though they were pretty busy, I only had to wait an hour! I felt prioritized and welcome. The receptionists, (Angelica and Sharon? I hope that's right.) were also sweet, friendly and fun to talk to while I waited! They even offered to give me a ride home if it took too long so I wouldn't have to wait in the lobby. I don't have a lot of money to spend on auto care right now, but as soon as I'm able, I'm coming back to Sami to work with him on the repairs he recommended.

Sam is such a wonderful person. He helped us tremendously when we had issues with our transmission. They are full-service and do a great job, so I definitely recommend taking your car there. We'll be long-term customers for sure!

This shop attempted to sell me repairs for issues that did not exist on my vehicle. I declined the work and took my car to another shop across the street for a second opinion. That shop quoted the actual repair at approximately $300, compared to the $2,000 estimate I was given here. Since completing the work elsewhere, my vehicle has been running without any issues. Based on my experience and my background in the automotive industry, this raises serious concerns about the accuracy and integrity of the diagnostics provided. Customers should be cautious and seek documentation or a second opinion before agreeing to recommended repairs.

took over 5 days to get me a simple quote, did not give me any sort of understanding or discount when i notified them this was unacceptable since it was due to their inability to communicate or organize. i had to keep calling them about if any new updates on my car had been made and even with that, they took 5 days to look at it. quoted me twice on the same thing and gave me a higher price once the job was done. bad communication and made a stressful situation more stressful.
