Washville Car Wash

My car was damaged at this car wash over a month ago due to a clear equipment failure. Their air door was not functioning properly, and the rollers pushed my car forward into the door, causing damage to the front of my vehicle. This damage was not present before entering the wash. While they have admitted the issue and said they are “handling it,” the process has been extremely slow and frustrating. Communication has been poor, with frequent ignored messages and long delays between responses. I have had to chase them repeatedly just to get updates. This situation was caused entirely by their malfunctioning equipment, yet it has taken over a month with no proper resolution. The lack of urgency, accountability, and customer care is unacceptable. The van came out sparkling clean, un like other car washes. Their vacuums have excellent suck power and got all the dirt from the corners. Excellent customer service and very helpful! Definitely will return.
