Washville Car Wash

Today I went to get my car washed. I was involved in a hit and run the other evening and the truck that hit me left black all over my back fender. As I was cleaning my car a very nice gentleman Billy came over to my car and told me he could remove it. I couldn’t believe it. I felt terrible because I had no money for a tip and he told me we take care of our customers here and he certainly did! He saved me time and stress. I truly appreciated his kindness and wished him a very Merry Christmas! I am a member of this car wash and love it especially the new vacuums and Billy’s kindness! Thank you again for making my day 😊 and fixing my truck!!

After waiting in line, I get to the attendant and she is just staring at me. No prices listed, not familiar with the prices, she hands me a flyer with no words being said. I pay for the wash I chose and she told me to pull forward, I did, and she started giving me an attitude as if I was not supposed to pull forward? Now I get to the car wash, and it doesn’t wash my car. Just the water the first man sprays. They tell me I have to go through again, so I go to the same attendant and state that they told me to go through again and I am not waiting in line again. She points to where to go and says “just go” extremely rude. Overall the experience was garbage and I will not return and tell people I know not to go there. Being nice can get you far and unfortunately that woman is going no where. T

What a disgrace of a car wash. During my visit, a customer ahead of me experienced an issue that required the system to be shut down using the emergency button. I understand that things happen, no problem there. However, when the system came back online, no soap was dispensing during my wash. As a result, my vehicle was not properly cleaned, despite the fact that I paid in full for the service. I notified the attendant outside, who told me to go inside and speak to the front desk. When I did, the woman at the counter was dismissive and extremely unpleasant. Instead of a simple apology for the inconvenience, I was met with a nasty attitude and a complete lack of customer service. All I wanted was what I paid for, a clean car. With the help of Washville, the oil puddle I drove over disappeared after one wash. The second wash was to ensure they got all the oil off ! The care, the service, and the knowledge of correct products is something I will continue to pay for when a car wash is needed. My truck is back to sparkly white all thanks to their expertise ! Washville is a great concept, but this location leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased a monthly pass in January, but I’ll probably cancel after the season because of some of the issues that may be hard for them to rectify due to the limitations of the location. First, on my 2nd visit as a “member,” I was reprimanded by an employee for making an “illegal” left into the lot. He stated that there was a sign “clearly stating” that left turns into the car wash from Henry Ave are not permitted because anyone who does that is “skipping” the line. I apologized because I legitimately didn’t see the sign on my approach, and there wasn’t a line of cars waiting coming from the opposite direction. I may have skipped one person who I did not know was planning to make an ILLEGAL u-turn on Henry Ave. to
