Waskom tires

This place is hands down one of the best tire shops I have ever been to. I'm not from here so I Googled tire shops this one came up. It eas Saturday so I was hoping they was really open. I called the guy was really nice he told me to come in and he would fix my semi tire. My husband was driving the semi I was in my suv. While we was there one young man was fixing the semi tire and another guy noticed my protector under my car was falling down. He took it in his own hands without me.Even asking , and he fixed under my car.. it wasn't a simple job because I didn't have the correct pieces to fix it.. it's the little things like that.Business like this do that makes me want to continue using small businesses. I was coming from Shreveport on my way back home to Dallas and I caught a blowout. I had tried to call five minutes before I had to blow out and no one answered crazy story but I got a blowout five minutes later. I called them again and he answered, but he told me that they had closed at 6 PM. It was now 630. I told him that I didn’t know anyone out here and I really didn’t want to pay roadside assistance if he could help me, I would throw him a little extra he told me hold on. He was gonna get in contact with somebody. He called me back three minutes later and told me if I can make it to the shop. Someone will be there to help me. I pulled up to the shop. Someone was there to help me and they got me in and out within 15 minutes all after closing hours. Thank you guys so much💕

Made an emergency stop while traveling to get tires re-balanced and rotated. David and team got me taken care of Quickly. I do wish they had of noticed or helped diagnose broken belts as i would have taken David up on his great Kenda tire deal.

These guys are very professional and helpful with every customer. I've been here about 6 times since they've been at this location and was very satisfied during and after every visit.
