Beginning of this week I had called wasson auto parts for a latch I needed for one of our cars in our inventory. A gentleman named Chis has helped me with my order. I am very happy with my transaction. It was very smooth. No extra charges. Very honest people. I got a very decent price for the part I needed and the shipping cost was low as well. Item arrived quickly as well. I would prefer to do business with this company in the future.

Excellent service! Whenever I texted them, the staff there got back to me quick. They are definitely an honest Auto Parts place to do business with. They will do what they say they are going to do in helping the customer such as myself, in every way they can. Chris is ABSOLUTE MAGIC!! He’s also very knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased online and with all the scams I was a little weary. I called and spoke with him to verify and paid with a link. Like magic my part was at my door within 24hrs. Amazing customer service and All around a wonderful experience. They are the real deal and I’ll be back if I need another part. I bought my vehicle from Wassons over a year ago. Any time I needed anything whether it be parts, tires, or to junk my other vehicle they have been there. I absolutely could not find a bettter place to do business. They are always there to help with any questions or concerns and always welcoming and helpful. I would recommend them for anything !

Super easy buying process over the phone even though I’m 150 miles away. Clear communication, several pics of actual item (bumper) sent via text, and item was even better than described on car-part.com. I’ll definitely use them again!
