Water Works Car Wash- Elkridge

A brought my car to your wash last week after the snow storm. I paid for the manual car wash where two staff members were using a long mob to hand wash my car. They broke my antenna which will now cost me $50.00 to fix. I did not have time to come the next day to you to report this due to family engagements. I also feel you will say the usual excuse you are not responsible. Sharing my experience so others are aware. I hope it helps the business improve their service.

This is my go to carwash since we moved here in MD and so far they are really good. Upon arrival at the carwash you will notice that there's 2 lanes to choose from, Touch-Free Laser on the right lane and Automatic Cloth on the middle. To access the Self-Serve (24-hours), you have to use the open lane on the left. They recently added a bigger sign so that customers could find it easily. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed that there was a problem on the Tri-Foam on the Touch-Free Laser for not spraying enough soap to cover the vehicle. I spoke to Josh about it and gave me another car wash for the inconvenience. I spoke to Evan as well and he said that there might be a leak on the pipe but they are working to fix it. So far, everything is back to normal and the Touch-Free Laser is working fine

Got the single wash, but it didn’t even wash off the dirt. We have stray cats in our neighborhood and they left dirt on the hood. I went to get it washed off, but it did nothing the little paw prints are still there. I’m pretty dissatisfied, and I also don’t think the water pressure is very good. By the end of the wash, there was still soap on the side mirrors, which got blown off with the air but still left chemical streaks.😞🫩

I love going here for a car wash! The touch free wash is 24/7 (shown in my photos) which is so cool! I don't have any complains for their quality of services but only 4 stars because of their price (pictures for the price). In my opinion, their price is a bit tad high. But I'll still use this place for my car! :-)

I have been using this facility for 15 years, It is always open and clean. Cost of all services is reasonanable. I have always difficulty to exit and make a left turn. I hate the next door vehicle machanic/inspection station's rude attitide of parking cars close to curb. These ever parked cars block the visibility of vehicles coming towards north. Its so dangerous and will cause accidents surely. So I suggest the WaterWork managment to lodge strong complaints for this traffic violation created by nearby by shoppers.
