I was extremely impressed by VIPs service. I took the car in the day before I had to drive it cross country to California to get the tires replaced. In addition to replacing the tires, they noticed that my front right strut was bent out of shape. They managed to find a replacement part and fix it all within 24 hours so I could get on the road. They coolly handled a nightmare scenario in extremely speedy time. I would highly recommend this team.

Had a nail or so I thought in my tire, there were 2 metal pieces in there. They quickly assessed the tire and were able to patch it within a reasonable timeframe. Cost was very reasonable. The gentleman at the counter was very professional and welcoming.

Amazing, quality, personable, quick service! Went in for an oil change 1/28/26. They were busy but still managed to get me out under 45 min with no appointment. Great, respectful, friendly, personable staff. Rare in Waterbury. Would recommend.

Wonderful owner with wonderful people ready to serve always! Both my mother and I needed tire work and it was easy and comfortable to speak to the highly qualified staff! I will never change this place feels like home! My mother’s second language is English and owner listens carefully and took us right away! Thank you for the great customer service and the great work! I feel super safe driving my car knowing these guys are THE BEST!!!!

Lou and Anthony were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were kind and concerned about my issues. They deserve to be rewarded for taking care of people and not making your customers feel like a number. And I hope that this company does that for them and more…and shares in the benefits and wealth it receives from their employees hard work. Regardless of profit margins, job titles, or otherwise.
