After being stuck in a snowstorm with no choice to leave my house due to my job, I called this towing trunk company while I was in a panic because I did not know what to do and me being stuck was causing chaos and traffic behind me. I waited a while for this truck to pull up. . After seeing the guy get here, I had my wheel pointed all the way to the right, and as he pulled up without even putting my car into drive, keeping it in park, I moved my steering wheel to the left to line it up with the tow truck mind you I’ve never called A tow truck in my life. All of a sudden the guy just pulled off without saying a thing to me so I called the company back, thinking that the guy must not have seen me. Extremely rude staff, does not care about your needs, was hit in a car accident and they didn’t provide any support or empathy. Needed to get stuff out of the car and they wouldn’t let me, had to fight for it. choose another company if possible

My Car was towed today October 6th illegally. The claim the car was in a handicap parking spot and it was not. I have pics and video to prove it. I am here now and they are prolonging the situation because they seen it was a new car and just decided to take it. With my permit sticker on and not in handicap they should’ve never towed my vehicle. In the picture below you can see that I am not in a handicap stop and other cars was in handicap spots in the other pictures. If I could rate it a zero I would.

I was greeted at the exact time he said he would be there he was kind compassionate and had patience since I had such a horrific accident with my son and his friend just out trying to get some milk shakes they went all over us and the inside of my car thank God we are all here I'm bumped and bruised but not the kids thank God these people helped and also gave good advice as how to continue to the next step since I'm now out of a car and also all bumped and brusied and out of work until cleared by Dr, since at my job I do heavy lifting at my job him and the woman gave me great advice as to my next steps with my insurance company and such thank you for both for your kindness

I would give 10 stars if I could. After an accident when our car was totaled, Teresa was a godsend and helped guide us through what we needed to do and expect. She explained everything and then stayed in touch after our accident to check in on us and help us gather our items from our car. I am so grateful for what she did for us and want to recognize how she went above and beyond to help. She is a true professional. Thank you, Teresa!
