Watercress Car Wash

I go through there about once a week. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. It has vacuumes, compressed air, rags, and cleaner. Everything is stocked and ready to use. The only bad thing is the car wash itself seems to have something broken or not functioning alot. I dont know that I would notice it if I didnt go often though because my car is clean.

Today I visited watercress around 10am 12/17/25 to take my great aunts old Chevy pickup through the wash and it had some spots where it had been sitting under the tree and the two guys out front did not hesitate to get a heavy duty sponge and scrub the tree sap off of the truck. I live in Birmingham now and this is the reason why I continue to ONLY wash my car here and continue to recommend others to come because they give excellent service and is the best car wash around! Such a great car wash. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I have talked with Zyler and Jaylin many times and they are so welcoming and always help me with what I need. They go above and beyond to make my experience great! The car wash itself cleans my car really well and I never see any scratches after going through. They also have spray and towels to help clean any stuck on spots. This is the only car wash I will ever use!

Tons of great wash features including wax, tire shine, and more! They offer a monthly plan if you need several washes per month. Friendly staff and my car came out looking squeaky clean! What more could you ask for?!

I will not be returning to Watercress, last year when I came they scratched up my car so I stopped coming then, today I decided to give them another try. Not only did they scratch up my car again, but my car didn't come out clean, and I have little rock chips in my windshield. This is the worst car wash in town.
