Waterfall Car Wash

Took my car in for a wash and paid for the best wash in the left bay. Went directly home and got out and noticed the hood and roof dull, I looked closely and noticed that the clear coat and paint was horribly scratched. Stopped by the wash on Tuesday (Incidentally a service truck was there) I was shown the contact info by the service guy and left. I contacted owner and met him back at the car wash to view the damage. The owner viewed the car and asked what year it was and whether I bought it new. I told him it was a 2017 and bought it about 4 years ago. The owner then told me that the car was like that when I bought it and the dealer covered up the damage by detailing it. I think people only come to reviews when it’s bad. There’s literally a line at all times and been using it for probably 10 years. Is it the best? Probably not but it’s convenient and that’s why it thrives the area. The ones in Sinking Spring for example have lots of competition and that’s why they strive for certain standards. I never had a problem, it didn’t used to clean 100% when I had a white care years ago but pretty sure they changed the machines since then. I have a darker car now, looks clean every time. If you have a nice car just do touch free.

This used to be a great place to get your car washed. Not any more. My Honda Civic was poorly done: the windshield was full of spots and outside edges of windshield dirty. Door windows and rocker panels dirty as well. Our SUV’s entire back of the car was dirty and poorly rinsed when we brought it here. No phone # to call.

Absolutely disgusted with this car wash. Went to vacuum out my truck and there was gum stuck to the vacuum which then got stuck all over my seats to were I had to cut a piece of my car seat out to get it off. No phone number listed to contact anyone so I will be in contacted to get my damaged paid for.

I paid $9 then when I drove in the carwash it never cleaned my car. I can not find a contact number to get reimbursed. Does anyone know who I contact?
