I'm Louise Carroll. My email is under my husband's name. He is no longer with us. I'm in charge of the car now and I have been to Waterloo Auto twice now to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They have been nothing but kind to me and did a great job. Fast too. I have friends that I recommend Waterloo auto to,and they already knew about them and what a great job they do. Excellent service. As someone who normally changes my oil myself, having these guys do it makes me think I wont change my oil myself anymore. They were quick and fast, It took maybe 20 minutes! I'm impressed. I will be back.

Expressed to the man servicing my van how difficult the air filter cover is. He told me no worries and then when I got home I had to put the air filter cover back on and my lid to my washer fluid is missing. Will not be returning.
