Unfortunately my experience was not good and I am out $1700 with a non working vehicle. Brought car in with overheating as the issue. Picked up my car and drove the 10 minutes home. Didn't drive again until 4 days later when car began overheating again. Took car for another diagnoses elsewhere with master mechanic who diagnosed head gasket as the problem, told me car was misdiagnosed. Now I'm questioning the $1700 worth of work that was done. If it was misdiagnosed was it necessary? I think the worst part was their unwillingness to make it right. It was basically you drive it, tough luck. $1700 is a lot of money to spend to not have the issue fixed.

I called this place after a Google search for FULL service garages near me while sitting in a parking lot after the lower control arm on my vehicle snapped. I spoke to Christian, explained the situation and that a tow truck was on it's way. Not once during the call was I told this garage couldn't fix this issue only that if it was dropped off after hours make sure it was out of the way cause of the snow storm moving in. It wasn't until I called the next morning to find out if they thought they would be able to look at my vehicle, at no time was I rude or demanding, however whomever I spoke to informed me they were only a 2 man garage and they wouldn't be able to fix the control arm! This information would have been helpful the day before when I called, I wouldn't have had my car towed the

I have been using Waterman's for years serving our fleet of work trucks as well as my personal vehicles . They are honest and reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service.

Needed a new bolt for a brake issue we had to get us back on the road safely for a 12 hour drive home. Our hotel was just a bit down the road and I saw their high rating and good reviews and decided to pop in first thing in the morning. I showed up, they took a quick look, found the size bolt we needed, installed it, and I was in and out in no time. The mechanic Christian was very helpful and checked some other bolts to make sure they weren't loose as well (and some were) and tightened those up too. I'd be happy to have them as my go-to shop if it weren't half a day's drive away.

Very friendly and Charlie Waterman seems like a really great guy. they are fairly quick they're not the least expensive but they do good work and they guarantee it. Very, very busy (because they're good at it I suppose). but you have to book at least a week or so ahead of time. latest that happened is my daughter's car was misfiring only a couple of months after having the plugs and wires replaced and they took care of everything at no charge cuz they stand behind their work and the products they sell. :)
