Waters Car Wash - Davenport

I want to thank Sabrina and the other girls at Waters here in Davenport for helping me clean my motorcycle. I’m a monthly customer and I needed to borrow their vacuum cleaner for a few minutes and they were very nice and polite to let me do it. Thank you everybody. I love the service and all the extras that you provide for your customers!

I’ve been a waters member for a while now but every time I try a new establishment and I run into excellent customer service like the one I got today from “Emma “ I have to shout it out thank you !!! And BRAVO !! I highly recommend this car wash it is very clean and spacious and the service is great .will definitely be back . Ask for Emma or Ana they are both amazing and will make your experience a clean 🧼 one ! Prices are great for everything they offer !

Wow! When I say “5 star service” that doesn’t even begin to describe the overwhelmingly wonderful experience I had at Waters. Especially my new best friend, Jason. What an exceptionally amazing human being. I opened up to Jason about the difficult day I was having and he welcomed me with the warmth of a friend. As if I have known him for a lifetime. So I’ll start with giving credit where credits due, the employees are very helpful, welcoming and apologetic.. and the place clearly gets a lot of customers and looks good. However, this was the first wash of my brand new car that I got three weeks ago, it still is dirty and not just some bugs on the windshield, even just from fingerprints on the side of the door, but the worst part is that the rear windshield wiper arm is broken from the car wash. I didn’t notice when filing out the incident report but it also scratched near the wiper and for that, I expect someone to reach out and make this right. Was having a rough day, I wanted to finally treat myself to getting a little membership to upkeep with my car. After seeing all this, I definitely asked for a refund on a monthly membership and
