Waters Service Center

We have brought our vehicles here several times . Everyone is always friendly and the service is great . I would have to say Water’s Service Center is one of the few businesses in the Hazelhurst area that doesn't rip you off. A huge BONUS > The prices are GREAT !!!! Give them a try on your automotive needs. You definitely won’t be disappointed.

My car was delivered for SCHEDULED repairs on DEC 2, 2024. I received a call on Jan 28, 2025 saying the car was repaired and “ready”. THAT’S NEAR 2 MONTHS of waiting with periodic calls by me and passive communication that was met with stalling tactics which they TRIED TO PASS BLAME ON A SUPPLIER that was NOT the issue and was DISPROVE BY TRACKING and squared DIRECTLY BACK ON JASON AND COMPANY AS A LIE! I arrived after a 3 hour drive to find it WAS NOT READY! Repairs were still in progress and incomplete. I PAID FOR THE REPAIR BILL…IN FULL…WITH CASH. After waiting another hour, Jason returned from a test drive with coolant spewing when he lifted the hood. THIS GUY (OWNER) LITERALLY ABANDONED THE JOB BY LEAVING ME AND THE DRIVER STANDING BY THE CAR…CLOSED UP HIS SHOP SAYING “I GOT TO GE

I was traveling through with a heavy load on a trailer. I was concerned about the tires under the weight as I made my way home over an hour away. I pulled in to the shop and everyone I spoke with was kind. They checked out my truck and trailer reassuring me all was fine. I made it home safely just as they said. Thank you for taking time to check things over for a random person just traveling through.

This place is one of the last few places left that are honest. My car has been to 3 different shops in the last year, before taking it to them. Every time it came back from another shop, it was messed up more. These guys showed me exactly what was wrong and wasn't fixed properly. My car runs like brand new. After a year of it constantly breaking down, it finally runs normal. Anything ever happens to my car again this is where I'll be taking it.

Jason was great with telling me what was wrong with my car and taking good care of it. Had it done in a very timely matter and the price was very good. Didn't try to rip me off cause I am a woman like some do. Highly recommend Jason.
