I wanted to share may experience with Waters. Purchased a 2002 HX 520. There were 3 items that was agreed upon to be fixed before them delivering the truck to me. Two weeks later, I had to go pick up the truck and none of the three things had been fixed. I had two of the items fixed and sent the invoice to them. As of today, no reimbursement, quit answering text, phone calls and emails. This is a warning to get everything you want before giving them their money. I will say I love the truck, so this is not a bad review on International. Update 10/12/25 I was contacted by Josh Waters on the matter. He was very helpful and resolved all my issues. Having talked with Josh, I would do business with them again.

If u ever break down in truck…. This is the place … Jeff and everyone else there are absolutely the best !!! Thank you guys for going out of your way to make truck drivers feel at home in the middle of nowhere… what a great town ! Cant telll u how friendly and accomodating you guys are!!!! All of them in shop are great people!!! Love it!!
