Watershed Carwash

Shoutout to Cayden for top notch customer service and being attentive to my needs. Because of him I will for sure be back. It did an amazing job on my 2022 ram dually. Yes an automatic car wash that takes a dually!!! I recommend everyone else take your vehicle there.

I didn't have time to scrub my vehicle down before hand but I guess you'll have to if you want the back or wheels to come clean

Went in with my truck being fine, after the wash my windshield wipers were sticking up so I got out of the car to put them down and this is that I saw. Contacted corporate and have yet to hear back. Definitely don’t recommend

Airyk was super helpful getting me set up with my membership and explaining everything clearly. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, and I really appreciated his patience and attitude. Great service!

First time at this wash and my vehicle was severly damaged. The entire molding on my tailgate was torn off. Management refusing to take accountability. Trying to say the blower blew it off and not a malfunction so they are not going to repair. Management is young and arrogant. Though it would not compensate, they didn't even offer refunding wash fees. I would highly recommend steering clear of this business. There are dozens of local more credible clientcentric car washes. The Wash Tub is just across the street and gives hands on wash detail. Reported this company to The Better Business Bureau and Kens 5. If no resolution then will have to go to court.
