Watersound Origins Crossings

We've had a great experience living here at the Crossings. The management is always super helpful and quick to respond. Our corgi and 5 year old love living here as well. We love how clean and spacious the grounds are, everything feels like it was well thought out for this community to thrive.

This is a very well kept community. The management is proactive, Move in process and any maintenance items are quickly addressed. The amenities and more importantly, my neighbors have been the best of anywhere I’ve lived so far. The water sound town center next-door always has events going on. Publix is within walking distance. Water sound origins behind us has many walking trails and a golf course. Highly recommend!

I’m also a local business owner in the construction and home design industry. My first encounter was Hannah‘s welcoming, calming and generous spirit that helped us through selling our house locally and transitioning into Watersound origins crossings. She followed up with me with weekly phone calls, checking on our status, giving availability and keeping me updated on everything. I’ve also had encounters with ALL staff and they’re phenomenal. Sometimes you luck out with one nice person. No. This property is ran at the highest level of professionalism and positivity with everyone! That matters and they’re unmatched. Maintenance is great. I am delighted to share my experience since moving into the WaterSound Origins Crossings community. We moved into our newly added building site unseen in 2021. From my first call to the office to inquire about all property details through today, (11/30/2023), it has been nothing short of a beautiful experience. The office staff, Dana, Holly, Happy Hannah are always going the extra mile to make sure the tenants are taken care of. Our property is well groomed, which leads me to share about LeAnna. LeAnna has been our constant throughout this experience and brings her hardworking spirit and loving smile each and every time we see her. There have been a few moments where I was having a bad day and LeAnna has an internal gift of discernment of reading people and has shared her kindness & car

Moving to WaterSound Origins Crossings is one of the best decisions we ever made. From the first interaction, when we discovered Watersound from a Google search, to today, everything had been first class. The office staff of Dana, Holly and Hannah are friendly and helpful. The property is clean, the maintenance staff responds quickly when needed, and I could not speak more highly of LeAnna who always has a big smile and makes sure the common areas of our building are IMMACULATE. Our 2BR/2BA apartment has been perfect for us. It is spacious and modern, we never hear any outside noise. The pool, workout facilities and surrounding area are superb. We love being able to walk to Publix and other essentials such restaurants, our doctor’s office and much more, and we cannot wait for even more n
