I had a car which would not pass inspection due to a problem that would have been too expensive to fix. I called late yesterday morning, Jim came over early in the afternoon, looked over the car and made me a fair offer. He paid me right then and said he would be back today to pick up the car. They arrived this morning, took the plates off, jump-started the car and drove away. I could not be happier.
