Why is it lying about the price of the wash? It says $8 on the machine but it charges you $10? Also, because of the lack of supervision, this place is always full of people just bucket washing their cars for 30 minutes

Came here to wash our car and my dad says that everything worked perfectly! Soapy suds, working water hoses and brushes 👍🏼

Had my car washed with touchless car wash and my car was still dirty when done. Do not recommend

No customer service from Waterway Car Wash! When I fed the machine $3 in quarters, the countdown clock started... but there was no water pressure at all. Called the phone number listed on their site three times, leaving messages each time. Four hours later, there has been no response. I understand that machines break and malfunction, but every business needs to provide a path for customers to get a refund or credit! I guess Waterway doesn't care...I won't be back!

I came to get my car washed today. The machine said it used cards, it even had a tap to pay. I tapped my card the machine said I need to add more money, I tapped it again and then nothing happed. I checked my bank and it took $10 dollars and the machine didn’t even work. On top of that there is no number to call for customer service. So my 10 bucks is gone and my car is still dirty.
