Definitely a lifesaver. I called and he got me in quick. Verified the issue and had me back on the road. No fix was needed and he only charged me for the short time he spent. Very grateful for honest mechanic shops out there. When the Ford dealer couldn't look at my truck for 2 days they gave me Watkins phone number. Thank you sir for helping us out.

This past Thursday I reached out to Eddie’s shop at the crack of dawn because our business truck broke down on the highway. I called countless businesses that morning. Feeling defeated but I decided to call another shop and Eddie answered and he went above and beyond. He came to the location of the truck diagnosed it in 5 minutes and ordered the fuel pump. The Next day Eddie and his partner picked up the truck at 10:15am and dropped it back off 11:33am. We were back on the road by 12pm. The customer service was phenomenal. Broke down on the side of the highway. These guys recommend a towing service who picked us up within a few minutes. Tookus to Watkins garage.
