I had a great experience at the Chevrolet service center. Thank you so much to Deonte Thompson for his kindness and patience. My English is limited, but he used a translation device to communicate with me and made sure I understood everything. I truly appreciate his help and am very satisfied with the service. Service was above and beyond my expectations

Had not used the car for two years due to pandemic be and heart failure. Had it towed to service center where they checked the car out, replaced battery and tires. We picked it up got home to find rear window wiper broken. Called and since we now we're not sure about the car they replaced all of the window wipers, checked the car throughout to make sure nothing else was missed by at there cost. The staff was prompt, polite and very helpful. We have a car ready for a trip across country. Would definitely go back and use them.
