A few days ago I made a bad review on this store because I bought a part and it was broken the saleman was very rude to me and I spent the whole weekend waiting to see the manager on Monday. Today I went to see him and the salewoman (Yolie) that works there was very helpful and she get the manager for us and he promptly offered to replace the part. Thanks to Yolie service it was worthy of 5 stars bad I will just give 4 because this store needs more people like her and this manager willing to help their's costumers.

I was in a bind trying to find some obsolete brake drums. Watson had them. I put in an order pretty late in the day. They were here before ten the next morning. From Hobbs to Fort Worth in less than 17 hours. Thats service. My customer is super happy. Thanks again..

Good service

If I could give this company less than 1 Star I would in a heart beat. From the very beginning of service we were treated poorly. Not to mention them denting our vehicle, and then caring less about fixing it. When I pointed the dent out Finn told my husband “wow you had to bring the hawk with you today, huh”. This truck was brand new. We hadn’t even had it a week. Still to this day we’ve brought up them fixing our truck, and they turn a blind eye to it. I will NEVER take another vehicle to this company, nor would I EVER recommend them to another person(s). They are also extremely overpriced, and it took them over 4 months to complete the job.
