Wauconda Car Wash & Detail Center

I’ve visited this car wash for exterior only and they have done a great job the past three times. Most recently I visited to remove caked on road salt from snow storms and afterwards it looked brand new. It was about ten degrees outside. I’d choose Wauconda Car Wash over McHenry Fast Eddies any day. Fast Eddies over charges and doesn’t clean well. I will definitely be returning to Wauconda Car Wash.

Very poor service. Not even a quick swipe on the dash as indicated on their full service wash. Place was empty with no excuse not to do a proper cleaning. Wasn't looking for a detail but nothing was wiped down inside. Not at all worth it and will not be going back despite their 5 day guarantee.

They did a very nice and thorough job when I requested the more expensive hand wash. In fact it's probably the best hand wash I've gotten in about 7 years. The employee was very mindful about the areas most don't ever think to touch.. I recommend them for a car you value that you don't want running through the car wash. I will try a detail at some point this year. UPDATE 12/12/19 Had them do a detail on another of my cars today and WOW what a job. This as not a paint correction, not even a buff! Just a wash/wax and interior detail for $130. I've had $200+ jobs turn out FAR worse than this. They did a phenomenal job. It looks as good as it did, if not better than the day it left the showroom floor. Getting these rims clean had to be a feat unto itself as the brake dust had embed

I came in for a car wash and ended up getting a mini detail. Thorough is an understatement! If this is how clean my car is with min detail I can only imagine how a full detail is! Will definitely only be using Wauconda Car Wash in the future

When I drop off the car for detailing, the lady told me the car won’t be clean good inside stains will be removed from the seats and the small that I have in the car will eliminate it. Don’t use the service they didn’t even wash the car outside good. Steering wheel was still sticky, the smell still remains , and when I come home, I examine a car how they clean inside and they notice the stains on the backseats are still there. So call back and tell them that I still have stains on my backseats. And she’s like bring the car back. I’m like no you guys we’re having car for over three hours. I need the car right . And then she told me that we cannot remove those stains. I’m like really I’m thinking what products you’re using the new you cant remove stains. Anyway, Very bad service. Lost my
