Wawasee Auto Spa

I had high hopes for this car wash after paying $17. Until the rinse cycle didn’t put out any water and then the card reader didn’t work in the self serve and the coin changer wasn’t functioning either.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased the most expensive wash and the ceramic rinse - it's like I paid around $20 to get my car wet. I drove from the car wash to my office and took pictures... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I tried calling the number that is listed here on Google maps "You cannot leave a message because the inbox is full". You can see in the pictures where I wiped my finger on the car and the marks it left because there was still so much dirt left on the car. Update....Drove to Ft Wayne during that rain last week, a couple of days after I had it "washed" at Wawasee Auto Spa...it was cleaner than when I left the "auto spa".

2nd time the machine has ripped me off! I’m currently owed $26 from this place. The car wash itself is sub par but will do in a pinch…IF you don’t get ripped off

Stop to wash my SUV paid 14 dollars for auto wash pulled into bay machine started no water at all. Tried to call the number and it said no longer in service or wrong number it was the number posted.

Purchase Issue- Purchased the deluxe package for $12, Asked me if I wanted a receipt, said yes - did not get receipt. How do I know you provided me with the correct wash, or what if I needed it for refund or damage purposes? THE CAR WASH ITSELF ... While I did not expect perfection from an automatic car wash, or every bug on my car removed, I did expect to NOT have a nasty soap residue or whatever is all over my windows! I chose this car wash because it was convenient location to my route to work. I don't have time to find another car wash to fix the mess you put all over my windows and car! Thanks a lot! 😡 NOT worth $12... or $1 in my opinion.
