Went to the dealership for recall work and Ford's The Works Package (Oil, filter, top off fluids, tire rotation, and inspection). Recall work seems to be done properly, but the only thing they did maintenance-wise was to change the oil (5W-20 instead of the recommended 5W-30), change filter, and top off fluids. Noticed when I got home that the tires hadn't been rotated and no inspection paperwork was provided with my receipt. Never had this problem at any other Ford Dealer. Tried shopping local but won't be returning due to the lack of quality work.
