This review is offered to accurately reflect my experience and to caution prospective customers about potential issues with customer service, order cancellations, and inconsistent application of stated policies. From the outset, customer service was effectively nonexistent. The receptionist who answered my call was immediately rude, condescending, and unnecessarily aggressive in tone. I contacted the company solely to inquire why my order had been refunded without explanation. I was informed that the company does not process “international orders,” despite the fact that I am — and have been for over twelve years — a Florida resident, using a Florida-based bank and a matching U.S. billing and shipping address. They had the part i needed, which was good, however the communication and info on shipping is horrible. No ship date info. 4 days later and the label is finally created, but not en route. No response from an email. That's a faulty system. Sure hope you get all that corrected for future orders. Not a great experience. Hoping my part comes sometime in the near future.

Way has always been a wonderful vendor to work with. I recently just bought my fourth MINI, and my first call for parts and advice is always Way. They are passionate about the cars they service, and helping people enjoy them to the fullest. Would absolutely recommend giving them your business. Call them up! Tell them your goals, and they'll help you with parts to get there.

Excellent shop and staff! For someone who depends on her husband to handle all car issues, it was fabulous to find someone that explained the need of the item, how it worked and if the part failed, how it affected my car and pocketbook. Thank you Way Motor Works for taking care of Fireball, taking the time to not only work my issues into your busy schedule, but also taking the time to explain it all to me. You are my go-to for all future issues that pop up.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Way’s for 9+ years. He took great care of my 2005 and now he’s taking great care of my 2013. Over the years, I’ve witnessed some pretty impressive things. I was onsite one day when two guys showed up with a MINI they had towed across the country to get Way to fix it - because no one else could. I’ve been onsite when mechanics of MINI dealerships called to ask HIM questions. I’ve been at a grocery store in North Georgia when a pair of fellow MINI enthusiasts struck up a conversation with me in the parking lot regarding my MINI and came to find out - they take their MINIs to Way, too…and of course they do, because he’s the “MINI God”.
