Everything is great, but when I come just for an oil change, when I leave the car and ask someone to pick me up in 30 minutes, they call and say that everything is ready. And once I was left with two children in my arms, they fell asleep and waited for me for two hours, although it was just an oil change. Today I also came without children, pregnant with a belly, it is impossible to sit, everything hurts, more than 1.5 hours have passed, and the car has not yet been returned and it is also just an oil change. I feel humiliated as a woman. It is very sad that the car is wonderful, and the attitude of the staff is so low.

I am so happy to finally find a wonderful shop to care for my C-class RV! Everyone I engaged with was friendly, honest and helpful. The steering fix has exceeded my hopes. I feel safe on the highway now! Thank you so much!

Went in for a warranty notice (NOx sensor calibration) that I got in the mail; while there they wrote it up for another (DEF heater), ordered the part, and installed. *** Beware: not all T-350’s can be serviced in the passenger vehicle shop. My vehicle is an RV on a Transit-350 chassis. I scheduled the service through the service call center. The assumption was that my Transit-350 was a standard passenger version. *** Bad assumption *** On the day of service they realized that my vehicle was too tall for the passenger vehicle shop so they offered to work me in (unscheduled) at the Commercial Truck Shop across the street. That was 2 weeks ago; so goes an unscheduled work around. Picked it up before they closed at 5:00pm. Good to go.

I'm deeply impressed. Very professional and friendly staffs in the office. Very very very experienced technicians. I had some strange noise. Not loud, hard to reproduce. Another Ford dealership couldn't figure our the root cause. The technician at Way Scarff Ford (I think his name was Matt) didn't give up and finally pin pointed the issue and fixed it. Amazing team. I will recommend these folks to anyone and everyone. THANK YOU GUYS!

Everyone was friendly and professional to work with from the manager to everyone else. They identified the problems with our RV and repaired it within a week so we could get back on the road. We are very pleased with the service and will use them again when needed.
