Scott, Wayne and the whole crew are, without a doubt, the most capable, honest, and pleasant team of people I’ve ever worked with, and I (along with multiple members of my family) have been their clients for over 20 years. Not only do they deliver over the top service, but, at this point, they feel like family and I actually look forward to getting my car serviced (as much as one can knowing it’s not a “fun” way to spend money😆) because they are such a pleasant group! I've been going to Wayne's for years. I've referred a couple of people who have also had a good experience (or as good as possible when you need a mechanic!). They are always friendly and helpful. Never a surprise bill, prices are good and they don't try to take advantage.

I took my car here for the first time in a few months ago when it had an oil leak and was BLOWN AWAY by the service! The mechanic (I don't remember his name, unfortunately) was kind enough to raise my car up in front of me and check it out while I was there in person, which was a first for me. Turned out my oil filter was just loose, he tightened it right up and even refilled my wiper fluid. Gave my car back to me and charged nothing, which blew my mind! And throughout the process, he never once made me feel dumb for not knowing much about cars and even gave me some recommendations on tools and things for upkeep. If you want a kind and honest mechanic that will provide you with EXCEPTIONAL service, Wayne's is your place!

Wayne’s Auto in Willow Grove is truly top-notch! From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly fair. It’s hard to find an auto shop that you can trust, but Wayne’s Auto exceeded all expectations. Scott took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!
