I just want to say that We Care Auto are the most dependable efficient honest and fair mechanics in Niagara Falls. Joe and Alex are always courteous when I call to report an issue I am having. Always get me in within 48 hrs. I can’t say how grateful I was for them seeing me today and fixing my car within 2 hours. Alex always tells me how much my invoice will be prior to starting the repair work. There is no surprises when I pick up my car. I live in Grimsby and have no issues getting to We Care Auto for all my service needs. Repairs, winter tires, winter tire swap, oil changes and oil spray etc. Great staff! Always ready to help me out.Thank you very much!

My go to mechanics all the time, even with the smallest issue I feel safe knowing my cars being seen by them. Alex and Joe are the most honest and humble owners with the best team of smart and efficient mechanics, I’ve ever worked with. Go down blindly with your vehicle and take their word for how it is and trust me you won’t regret!

The guy who put my snow tires on suggested I go here for an alignment. I have a mechanic, however he does not do tires or alignments. We Care told me I needed just under 1k of work done before they could do the alignment. I said do not do any work & I would be back for the alignment. My mechanic put my car up on the hoist twice. Once before driving it and then again after taking it out as he could not find anything wrong with the front end like We Care said. He was baffled. He’s done my brakes & such previously. He knows his stuff. He wrote the curriculum for the school board back in the day. He suggested I go to Niagara Motors or Midas on Ontario St for the alignment & NOT to do back to We Care Auto as they are clearly dishonest. Beware!

My grandparents went to Joe for many years, and I followed suit, leading to bringing my own vehicles there over the last 10 years. Never had an issue, with Joe and now Alex as shop manager. Highly recommend. I do some of my own work, and when I can't get something, they always manage the job! I always recommend friends in the same ordeal, and the work is always done, honestly and with explanation.

Today I had a fantastic experience at We Care Auto! Joe and his son Alex and the team were very kind and easy to talk to regarding a Auto issue I had on my friends vehicle. They were a great price and did a amazing job! Thanks so much! It's so difficult in today's society to find business owners that care and speak in a kind manner, especially in the Automotive business. I appreciate them a great deal! Highly recommend!
