Weast Autobody and Repair

Had shutter in my transmission and really went above and beyond in order to fix it. Really appreciate all their hard work and will definitely refer more business over to Cody.

They kept my grandson's jeep for about 3 weeks. The reason it went in for repair was not fixed as they only flushed the transmission and installed 2 new cam sensors. After this repair the test drove several times snd could not get the check engine and traction control lights to come on. So they said it was fixed. The same day the jeep was picked up the lights were coming back on. So the next day me and my husband went to Weast shhop and told about thiis. They said it may need a new transmission. So we then took the jeep to Shields and they said it didn't have the problems Weast charged $753 for. Almost $600 of that was labor. It only needs a new traction control sensor. We will never use them again and we recommend others to avoid this repair shop.

I have been very pleased with Cody and the team at Weast Autobody and Repair. The guys get me scheduled quickly and honor their estimates. Recently I had a couple of different repairs performed during a single visit, and the total paid was less than what online estimators said just one of the repairs should have cost. Relaxed and customer-friendly, taking time to explain exactly what was done and providing pictures and explaining why the repairs were necessary, I trust Cody. He was just as quick to point out work that did NOT need to be done, when he could have just as easily done the unnecessary work that I requested and charged me for it. I will absolutely be back.

Cody and his team went above and beyond to help me through the process of fixing my daughter’s car. They made phone calls to insurance agents, answered all my questions, and worked on a holiday weekend to get the job done. I truly feel they understand how important this car was to my daughter as it was her first vehicle and only had it for 2 months before it was hit. Thank you again for an amazing job!!
