After getting a reasonable quote for service work we needed, I went ahead and made the appointment for service. Our request was a bit unusual so the service advisor said they would call when a determination was made on service requested. A few hours went by and we received a call saying that there was a few additional factors that needed to be considered regarding what was requested in our original service request. We agreed that those factors were valid and they said we could come pick up the vehicle at any time, it was ready. We asked what the charges were for the work done thus far and they replied, “No Charge”. Now that’s honest and truthful service. A ministry I run was recently gifted a vehicle for a hard-working single mom we are helping. Well the time to replace my motor mount was longer than a dealership quoted, but they did help me save a couple hundred bucks compared to a dealership. Very nice staff and clean shop, never suggested other repairs or never felt like a money grab. Up front and honest service Recommend giving them business again.

Let's just say I should have come here first! After a disappointing trip to a different repair shop, then a frustrating trip to the dealership service center, I was losing hope that my car could be fixed without costing me thousands. The service manager here, Justin, was fantastic and did a great job keeping me informed each day. No work was done without a call to me to inform me of what they found and what to expect. The only downside was having to rent a car for a week, as the parts took longer than expected to arrive. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!
