EDIT: I was contacted by Noel after this situation happened, the manager, and his service was amazing, he took care of the whole situation, came tu my work checked the car and helped me a lot. Truly exceptional service from his part. Good customer service but I got my appointment canceled 20 minutes after the timeframe for my visit started because they won’t make it into my area today. Very disappointing
Probably the easiest place to sell your car. Jonathan was awesome. He explained everything and offered a fair price. Overall, my experience was excellent. Would recommend if you need to get rid of a car.

I sold my truck at the Kissimmee office and I had a very good experience. The branch manager, Francine was great to work with. She was professional, friendly, honest and very thorough. I would recommend going to this office and request her services.
I had a very pleasant time with Ms. Francine when I brought in my 2013 Ford Escape, which had some concerning damages. Was worried it would affect my expected price due to its past accident history since I was the 3rd owner. She was very professional, with excellent communication, very easy to understand and negotiate, and a super lovely person all in general! She gave me a very good fair price, despite all the damages. She fought for me to make sure I leave with a very fair and satisfying price and she did which I am grateful for. We had a nice fun conversations over Broadway shows while doing the paperwork, LOL
