Weeks in Benton

Always loved this place but kurt that works in automotive was very unprofessional he told me different prices everytime and it was a huge change in price I had called as it took awhile for me to get my car fixed because it had set awhile til I was able to fix it as I was driving my other car at the time and then recently he told me to bring my own thermostat and two intake gaskets and that doesnt even make sense lol at all and the labor it self would cost 480.00 for a thermostat installation when weeks in west frankfort said 300.00 feel like he just makes up prices.called his boss and he told me that was way to high.so I would be careful and dont get ripped off make sure their looking it up onntime instead of just throwing crazy prices out there.

My father and my experience was a nightmare at Weeks in Benton. They are very shady and lied to our faces many times. My Veteran father lost out on 2 rebates because the sales person lied to our faces even though I tried to show the terms of the rebates and that my father qualified. Two days later they agreed to process the rebate but I found out from GM that it won't be accepted because it was late and it would have shown up on the paperwork had Weeks processed it when the car was bought and not lied and said he didn't qualify when he did. Stay far away from Weeks in Benton, IL.

A great experience at Weeks in Benton IL. Excellent sales staff, I always work with Travis, he makes it easy and straightforward. Seamless negotiation especially with trade-ins. They have a great team, finance dept/add-ons always a breese ! I have moved all of my service needs to their shop from a much larger dealership..always great service and nothing is never left undone, with competitive pricing. I love the hometown atmosphere at Weeks. The detail guys are very good, they go the extra mile. Thank you all !
