Stopped in needed help with a tire being changed from one rim to another due to the rim in the vehicle was bumping, was thinking it had been bent. The receptionist was absolutely top notch, she took all information down and let me know they could get to it shortly. I sat down in a very pleasant waiting room, with comfortable seats, clean restroom and a nice well stocked coffee bar, water cooler and television to wait. Vehicle was serviced and tire was checked out and put onto the other rim, all information was passed on to me about what was done. My vehicle was brought back to the front. I checked out with the same receptionist and again she handled everything graciously and professionally. Amazing, great quality service. They are fast and efficient with documentation. Luckily we were nearby Tire Pros. They had our tire in stock and getting the tire on our truck was easily installed. They even placed the hub cap back on. We are not from this state, but they treated us with respect. Definitely come to this establishment if you have any issues with your tire(s).

I had a nail in my tire that Walmart could not repair, and they sent me to Welborn. They were able to work me in straight away and repaired the tire within an hour. They were extremely kind and helpful!

Had two tires mounted on rims and balanced, I stayed and waited and work was done very fast and for a good price.

I've had mostly positive experiences with Welborn tire, however they have one major fault that gives me pause each time I need their services. They are awful with their online communication and scheduling. If you're not going to treat online customers the same as ones that walk in or call then don't give that option on your website. Emails go several days with no answer, that is extremely poor customer service. Either join us in 2025 with email and text or openly state you only accept calls or in person. As far as online scheduling goes it really doesn't exist. Every time you "schedule" a service online you get a message saying that it truly isn't scheduled until someone contacts you (basically to actually schedule the appointment). That's insane!
