Finally! An honest, fair, and excellent mechanic in Deland! Welch's Automotive provides real service in a timely manner. Isaac is polite and communicative. He kept me informed, and explained what he thought was causing the recurring problem with my headlight bulb. Excellent customer service. I am happy and relieved to have found him. Suffice to say we will not be taking our vehicles anywhere else!

Isaac is the best! As soon as we walked in a woman was sitting there and she says "im a woman and I feel safe leaving my car with him". Isaac took his time and did research. He performed a check engine light diagnostic even tho he was already working on other cars. He took us right in and took care of us! If you are looking for a safe honest mechanic this is one of them! We highly recommend Welch Automotive.

As a female finding a respectful reliable trustworthy mechanic is hard and he is great!! Flexible scheduling for oil changes and when I had a tail light out he got me in ASAP. He also helped give input once my beloved car reached the end of the road and checked out the new car I was interested in. Will continue to go to him and recommend him to others!

This isn’t a fancy shop with a fancy waiting room. There aren’t secretaries or service writers either. What you will find is a hardworking, red blooded American who loves his family, is an excellent mechanic, is fairly priced, and is a man of his word. It might be hard to reach him at first, leave him a message, be patient, and he’ll call you back. I went to 4 other shops in Deland to get estimates to get the AC in my truck repaired. All but Isaac had horrible attitudes, and 2 were way overpriced in my opinion. If I’m going to spend my money in your shop, you better act like you appreciate me as a customer. Well guess what… I appreciate Isaac and Welch Automotive! He did an excellent job and fast too! I highly recommend Welch Automotive, you don’t need to shop around, I did it for you.
