So grateful for this shop! They were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. On our road trip to visit family my cars AC went out. Weldon’s not only got my car in to look for the problem on short notice but were able to fix it. The lead mechanic found the problem (blown fuse) and we were back on the road in no time! The shop owner was there and he was kind and friendly. We enjoyed visiting with him while our car was being taken care of! The lobby was clean and welcoming, the staff was great, and we are so glad they were able to help us! Definitely recommend this shop!

I initially called to have only my brake pads and rotors inspected. I informed the staff that I was on my lunch break and had limited time, though I was somewhat flexible if the inspection ran slightly over. However, I was not informed that a full vehicle inspection would be performed, nor did I authorize one. This significantly extended the visit well beyond my available time, which could have been avoided with proper communication and consent. That was my first concern. My second concern involves the recommendations made during the visit. I was informed that my rear brake pads measured 4mm and the front measured 6mm, which seemed unusual as typically the front brakes wear faster. With vehicles it can all be tricky. Do they overcharge, upsell, mess something up? They quoted me prices up front along with the worst case price. Gave me a timeline and finished early. They ended it all by guaranteeing the work that they did for a long time period. I did my research and called around for prices. They hit the median mark and stuck to what they said. I can't ask for more in a mechanic. Made a stressful situation manageable. In the end, they acted like they wanted my money and I wanted to pay for the services. Now I don't have to mess with my vehicle screwing up.
