Manual car wash didn't work after taking my money, change machine didn't work went home! pissed of $ 12.00 short and no phone number to call

Kind of hard to find, no signage, building hidden from main road. Decent car wash has both hands-free & self-service wash bays. There is no change machine so definitely bring your own quarters. More than once the drive-thru wash has taken my $5/$10 bills but didn't give me change back so I'd recommend using quarters or dollar bills. Vacuums didn't work the last time I visited.

Never had an issue before last week (except for the fact that sometimes, it seems like there isn't a lot of water, or soap, or other "stuff" that's supposed to be spraying my car). I had a $5 bill and four dollars in quarters. Made the mistake of putting the five in first. Then when I tried to insert the first quarter, I noticed it was jammed and I could already see a quarter in the slot. I pushed every button I could find, but long story short, I left without my $5, and no car wash. Pretty disappointing.

3 times in a row over a 3 month period the soap and wax were empty another time the presoak was empty , i'm tired of paying $2.50 for cold water. well i've been back twice an still no soap no wax no nothing. i guess its time to find a new car wash. i am really tired of losing money.

I also didn't realize it doesn't take quarters and put a 5 in and went to find a phone number to call and tell them I need my monies back but no way to contact any one. So I also am out 6.00
